Gantt-Chart for Jira

Please open the context menu by clicking on the cog-icon in a Gantt-Chart on the top right and select the menu item “Support-/Feature-Request“. You will be redirected to your emailer having already filled out all necessary data, just append your concrete question and illustrate this by screen copies, etc. Based on a sent email, a related Jira issue will be created automatically in https://polscheit.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/GANTT/issues. Alternatively, you can create an issue within this Jira project directly.

Group Sign-Off for Jira

Please write an email to frank@polscheit.de containing the following information:

  • provide your Group Sign-Off SEN

  • the JIRA version number

  • the installed Group Sign-Off version

  • the browser and version you are using

Alternatively, just create a new issue in https://polscheit.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/GSO/issues.

Traffic-Lights for Jira

Please write an email to frank@polscheit.de containing the following information:

  • provide your Traffic-Light SEN

  • the JIRA version number

  • the Traffic-Light version you have installed
