Install this app within your Confluence like other third-party apps and well documented by Atlassian:

• Installing apps directly from Atlassian Marketplace

• Installing by file upload (not having direct internet access)

Then, create AppLinks between your Confluence and your Jira. That’s a prerequisite for requesting data from Jira by Confluence.
