  4. Specify the necessary skills and their minimum characteristic per issue/task
  5. Assign by skill: automatically get a proposal of best matching users based on the required skills forĀ  that issue/task and the maintained user skills

After installing and obtaining an (evaluation) license, they must create their required skills. To do this, you create a new custom field of the new type "Skill" via Skill ("node.js", "vue.js" etc.).
Afterwards, each affected employee must assess and maintain his or her skills (level in percent) and activate the checkbox to approve the use of this personal data (this is logged).
Now create a (test) operation or call up an existing operation
Click on "edit" and define the minimum requirements (skills and level in percent) which are desirable for the implementation of this process - neutral in the matter without considering a real person.
Click on the link "assign by skill" and you will see a list of all employees configured as "assignable users" of the project on which the process is based, divided into employees with granted data sharing and without them. Employees who have been released are sorted automatically. A "best match" procedure is used as a sorting criterion with regard to the minimum requirements of the relevant transaction. The top 5 of this list are visualized graphically by default. By un/selecting the checkbox in front of each employee you can adjust this as you wish and the skills radar updates itself automatically. In addition to the degree of coverage of the skills and their aggregated total number, the personality type is also displayed if this was previously determined by the employee during the integrated test. With the same technical skills, this serves to make decisions with regard to the typical personality/character of the employees (not everyone is in ideal hands in every project environment: with optimized staffing, the resulting team performance is significantly better and usually leads to fewer frictional losses).
Optionally, you can also search for employees. They can specify both simple letter combinations and complex regular expressions if, for example, the correct spelling of a name is unknown. Not only the displayed name is searched but also the email addresses for better finding.
By clicking on an employee in the list or directly in the skills radar, he is selected and automatically assigned to the process.
